TwoThree Japan specializes in sourcing, bidding, and selling auctioned Japanese cars to customers worldwide. All vehicles listed on our website are sold as-is, unless otherwise stated. We act as an intermediary between Japanese car auction houses and international buyers.

2. Eligibility

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.
  • You will use this website in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Vehicle Listings

  • Vehicle descriptions, specifications, mileage, and condition reports are based on information provided by Japanese auction houses or suppliers.
  • While we strive for accuracy, TwoThree Japan does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of vehicle data.
  • Photos and inspection reports are for reference purposes only.

4. Bidding and Purchases

  • When you request us to bid on your behalf, you authorize TwoThree Japan to act as your agent in Japanese auto auctions.
  • All bids are final and binding once submitted.
  • Successful bids require full payment within the specified period, usually 3–5 business days.
  • Failure to pay on time may result in forfeiture of deposit and suspension of your account.

5. Pricing and Payments

  • Prices displayed on our website are in Japanese Yen or US Dollars, as stated.
  • Additional fees such as shipping, customs duties, taxes, and port charges are not included unless specified.
  • Payments must be made via approved methods such as bank transfer.
  • All payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • We arrange vehicle shipping from Japan to your chosen port.
  • Shipping times vary depending on port schedules, customs processes, and logistics.
  • TwoThree Japan is not responsible for delays caused by shipping lines, customs, or external factors beyond our control.
  • Once the vehicle is handed over to the shipping company, the buyer assumes all risk and responsibility.

7. Inspection and Condition

  • All vehicles are sold as-is, where-is, based on auction inspection reports.
  • We recommend buyers review all photos, reports, and condition grades carefully before bidding.
  • No warranty is provided, expressed or implied, unless stated otherwise in writing.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Bids and purchases cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
  • Refunds are only available in cases of proven error or fraud as determined by TwoThree Japan.
  • Deposits are non-refundable except under specific circumstances approved by management.

9. Limitation of Liability

TwoThree Japan shall not be liable for:

  • Any direct or indirect loss, damage, or expenses arising from use of our website or services.
  • Differences between auction inspection and actual vehicle condition.
  • Delays in shipping, documentation, or customs clearance.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific transaction in question.
