Your car is booked for pre-shipment inspection as per your country’s import policy.
Get notified about inspection schedules & results via email.
Receive a soft copy of the Inspection Certificate within 5 working days.

Shipping process

We book the earliest and most reliable shipment to your country.
Once the schedule is confirmed, we notify you via email.
Within 3 days after departure, we send a Bill of Lading (BL) copy for your reference.
If any balance payment is due, we’ll send an invoice.

How much is the auction deposit?

We ask for 100,000 JPY or 10% of the car price, whichever is higher. Request an auction deposit invoice from us to get started.

Which payment methods do you accept?

You can pay your proforma invoice by bank transfer or PayPal, in USD or JPY. Share your payment reference with us at info@twothreejapan.com and we’ll issue a payment receipt.

How long does the inspection take?

We receive the Export Certificate within 5 working days, then book the pre-shipment inspection your country requires. You’ll receive a soft copy of the Inspection Certificate within 5 working days.

When will I receive the Bill of Lading?

We email a copy of the Bill of Lading (BL) within 3 days after departure. After any balance payment, we issue a Surrendered BL or send the original documents to you via DHL.

Can you deliver the car to my door?

Yes — doorstep delivery is available on request. Arrange it with your dedicated account manager or email info@twothreejapan.com.
